Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

apple cider vinegar
raw, unfiltered, with the mother

water
room temperature or warm

honey
raw and unprocessed (optional)

Instructions
Pour 8-12 oz of water into a glass.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, if desired.
Mix well and drink 15-30 minutes before meals, up to 3 times per day.
Notes
