Blue Section

  • 1 cup Blueberries Enough to fill a small corner of your board

White Section

  • 6 slices White cheese slices (like provolone or white cheddar) Cut into star shapes
  • 6 slices White cheese slices (like provolone or white cheddar)
  • 1 cup White cheese cubes (like mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or more cheddar)

Red Section

  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup Sliced salami

Preparation

  • In the top-left corner of your board, pile up blueberries to create the blue section of the flag.
  • Place the white star-shaped cheeses gently on top of the blueberries.
  • Starting from the top, lay out a row of raspberries for the first red stripe.
  • Below the raspberries, add a row of white cheese slices for a white stripe.
  • Continue alternating rows with pepperoni for red, more white cheese slices, salami for red, and cubes of white cheese until the board is filled.
  • Fold and layer the meats slightly to add texture and make the board look full.
  • Fill any empty spots with extra berries or cheese cubes for an abundant appearance.

Notes

Choose ripe fruits for the best flavor and freshness. Arrange ingredients in advance but keep cheeses chilled until serving. Avoid freezing; prep ahead and assemble shortly before serving.
